These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MorphyGen’s website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

• “MorphyGen,” “we,” “us,” “our”: the Service provider.
• “User,” “you”: any person or entity using the Service.
• “Content”: data, HTML, URLs, files, and outputs processed.
• “Subscription”: a paid plan that provides access to the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3) Account registration & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Send malicious code or abuse system resources
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineer the Service

5) Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6) Plans, pricing & billing

Pricing and plan details are shown in the billing pages. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non‑refundable once paid. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

7) Credits & usage

Credits are consumed based on output size (1 credit = up to 5 MB of output). Usage limits and overage policies are described in the dashboard and documentation.

8) Content ownership

You retain ownership of your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Content solely to provide the Service.

9) Data retention

Async job inputs and outputs are retained for up to 7 days, then deleted. Other account data is retained as needed for account operation and legal requirements.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphyGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MorphyGen against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15) Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
